Established in 2007, CIXI EMEKA ELECTRIC APPLIANCE CO., LTD. (EMEKA ALUMINUM INDUSTRY), is a manufacturer specializing in Aluminum alloy profile for industrial purpose. EMEKA is located at CiDong Industrial Zone which is close to No. 329 National Highway and GrandHangzhouBayBridge.
Our factory covers an area of 9.39 acres with floor area of 7.91 acres. There will be, after the completion of project, 2 alloy melting and casting production lines with an annual capacity of 25,000MT. Currently, we have 7 extruding line lines including, 2 sets of each type of 600T, 1000T and 1460T extruders along with 1 set of 2,500T extruder. Aside, there is one workshop for deep processing of Aluminum profile with an annual capacity of 15,000MT or an annual turnover of USD45 million.
Due to excellent performance, such as nice appearance, light weight, good conductivity etc., Aluminum profiles are being widely used in bicycle parts, such as suspensions, frames, forks and hubs; folding frames, controllers and handlebar of E-bikes; leisure and office furniture such as beach folding chairs, tents, clamping profiles; refrigerators, heat radiators of domestic and industrial appliance, chassis and shells of LED lamps; connecting parts and shells of solar energy lamps; brackets and clamping profiles of building decoration; garden tools etc.
